The game is planted during World War II, de scribes the story of Sergeant Matt Baker, belonging to 502 Regiment 101 Airborne Division. The player commands a division of soldiers during the 8 days after the landing in Normandy during D-Day. Gearboxu team spent several months in Normandy, taking photos, which enabled the restoration of the historic location with high accuracy.
